5-Year Parks and Recreation Plan

We know that the parks and recreation facilities are a beloved part of the community, and as such a centerpiece it is imperative that improvements over the next five years are founded on the vision of the community. With the previous plan updated in 2019, it's time to set our sights on the next chapter and create a vision that will carry us forward for the next five years.

The goal for the Parks and Recreation Plan is simple: continue to enhance the parks and recreation system and maintain a world-class experience for all. We aim to better the cherished recreation spaces to reflect the needs and desires of the community, promoting wellness, connection, and an appreciation for nature.

Why is this plan important? Because this plan will serve as the road map for improvements to the parks and recreation facilities for the next five years and provide guidance for funding and action.
