A Master Plan is the main guiding policy document for private development and public projects within the Village. It looks ahead 20 years and considers where and how the Village should steward development, considers changes that may need to be made in order to support resident needs in the future, and evaluates recent best practices in land use for potential application within the Village. State law requires periodic review and updates to municipal Master Plans to align with current conditions and anticipated future changes.

Armada will be working with our planning consultant, McKenna, to complete this Master Plan update. We are looking forward to collaborating with residents, businesses, and stakeholders on this endeavor!
